Yusuf Hussain's out of wedlock Daughter, Shehnaz's comment after watching Sach Ka Saamna
Some girl named Shehnaz made a comment on Sach Ka Saamna Questions - Yusuf Hussain [Episode 2, 3 - 16th, 17th July] after watching the show. It appears from the post that she is the illegitimate child of Yusuf Husain.
"Just to say how sad it has been to not have a relationship with my father, Yusuf Hussain, who knew of me since the day of my birth, 25 Dec 1985 and who has given me my name as Shehnaz. It is unbelievable to know the truth of what my father thinks of me, after watching the show. As a child, I have lived a very difficult life and wished that my father was around. I have longed to be with him, to share and enjoy all that a daughter is entitled to.
During the ages of 1-5, we had no way of communicating with him. But one day, I recall when I was at the age of 6, my father was in Jamaica and had telephoned us, wishing to make contact again. Only then a phone number was given to us. My mother always said good things about him and always wished him well. I was in the Ashok hotel in Delhi when I met my father for the first time. This was my childhood dream that came to a reality. I was also introduced to Salmaji, Gezebel and spoke to two of his brothers, Habib and Talib and even his ex-wife Kanchan, who have all been very courteous to me. I coincidentally ran into Safeena in an elevator in Clarks hotel in Jaipur one time.
I recall him telling me that my mother supported him when he was going through bleak times. I cannot believe how one can be so hard hearted that even the truth has no effect on them. I pray to God that one day you would realize the true meaning of life and relationships.
My mother, through difficulties and struggles, was able to raise me all by herself and supported me to obtain my college degree and I am currently pursuing my MBA. I visit India frequently on business and whenever I am there, I try to make contact with him. Not always successful.
Being millions of miles away on my little island and watching the show is emotionally nerve wrecking. This is not just reality TV, but people’s lives on the forefront. I really wish that you didn’t have to lose based on that final question, “Are you a proud father?”
I guess nothing is bigger than the truth, truth always prevails...
Best of Luck.
Shehnaz Hussain"
